Quality Management Policy
KPB’s quality assurance policy is to produce and deliver topnotch-quality products that perfectly satisfy all customers’ requirements through continual quality improvement and assurance activities. KPB has garnered the international ISO 9001 certificate on the quality management of all its products in 2000, and also won the ISO 14000 certificate on its environmental management system. The company will continue to cater to all your nedds and expectations through daily quality improvement and assurance activities.
To this end, all the employees and executives at KPB will:

Strive to meet customers’ expectations and requirements at all times, recognizing customer satisfaction as the fundamental basis of survival.

Incorporate the Quality Management System (ISO9001) into daily routine tasks.
All members of KPB will master the requirements of the ISO9001 through continued education and training and perform their respective roles and responsibilities accordingly and faithfully.

Perform ongoing and continued quality improvement activities
All members of KPB will apply their best skills and knowledge to identifying nonconformities in quality, service and management systems and continually reforming and improving them so as to achieve greater efficiency at all times and establish a quality management system that satisfies themselves, stakeholders, and customers.
“KPB shall appoint the Manager of the Quality Research Team as the representative of the CEO to ensure the implementation of its quality assurance policy, and authorize him/her with policy discretion necessary to review and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of KPB’s quality management system. All the employees and executives of KPB shall abide by all the rules of quality and actively participate in ongoing and diverse activities for achieving topnotch quality.”
